Men In Black, How The Supreme Court Is Destroying America


Whose side are they on anyway?

While reading the first five chapters of Men In Black, How The Supreme Court Is Destroying America, I reached two conclusions.

First, the U.S. Congress is filled with Mama’s Boys.

Second, the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution should be re-amended. It needs to be clarified so plainly as to make it understandable to even the most corrupt/simple mind sitting on every Federal Court, now and future.

Below is section 1 of the Fourteenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, the equal protection clause.

AMENDMENT XIV

Passed by Congress June 13, 1866. Ratified July 9, 1868.

Note: Article I, section 2, of the Constitution was modified by section 2 of the 14th amendment.

Section 1.
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.


Admittedly, I am no legal scholar, it appears the most of the Federal Judiciary isn’t either. But I simply cannot “see” the language which permits these judges to make void perfectly legitimate and long standing state laws which address socially acceptable behavior and then usher in abortion on demand, crimanalize God in public view or speech and invent the right to not be offended.

The clear language and intent of Section 1 defines and limits only three things so far as I can see.

They are:

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.

This part defines who is to be considered a legal citizen of The U.S.
You must have been born in the U.S. or become a naturalized citizen.
You must be subject to U.S. jurisdiction. Which means you actually live in the U.S. or it’s territories. If you meet those two requirements, welcome to the family.

No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

This part limits the individual states from making new laws or enforcing old laws which deprive any legal citizen, as described in the first part, of life, liberty or property without due process.
It also prohibits the states from denying any legal citizen equal protection, which prevents a state from looking the other way while some “mishap” befalls an “undesirable” individual.

From reading Mr. Levin’s book, and being anywhere but under a rock for the last thirty years or so, it is obvious that the meaning and purpose of Equal Protection has been morphed from it’s original intent to protect people from Government’s bad behavior into “Super Judiciary Imposed Equal Protection” of people’s bad, anti social, irresponsible personal behavior and dained to give them a right to not be offended. Thanks for nothing, dudes.

While the Fourteenth amendment is being given a good mugging in the courts the First and Fifth are being abused almost as thoroughly, particularly so, the First.
More on those later.

This bunch of ner do wells we call Supreme Court Justices need to be chopped off at the knees, which brings me to our duly elected Mama’s Boys.
Congress has the power to limit the federal courts meddling ways but they seem to enjoy the abuse, like all good Mama’s Boy do. Could it be that we the people have lost sight of the fact that this bunch of duck and cover nincompoops work for us?

I realize I am painting with a broad brush here but the fact is not one of these so called leaders has stood up to be counted yet. So if by chance one does take a stand against the judicial tyrants, I’ll break out the turpentine and clean him up post haste. Until then the wide yellow stripe stays.

In the next few postings I’ll get more into meat of Mr. Levin’s book and include some passages, which show the thought processes and mighty leaps the justices take in order to impose their personal beliefs over the will of the people.

In the meantime, read the book. It’s a dandy.

Some Muslims Get It...sort of.

Response to Freedom House Investigation

Muslim-bashing. That's the accusation many of my fellow Muslims now hurl at the various news outlets for their news stories about a Freedom House investigation that found extremist Islamic literature in some leading American mosques. This name-calling is unfortunate.

Since 1980, the Muslim world has experienced an enormous growth of religious fanaticism and extremism the likes of which Islam has not experienced in its 1,400 years. This movement continues to grow because of the spread of Wahhabi Islam; a sect that used to number no more than one percent of all Muslims, but because of money and technology, has spread to more areas around the world.

The problem is, among many, the folks over at freemuslims.org don't admit the whole truth.
Islam has always been full of fanatics bent on world domination with money and technology only now enabling its rapid spread. Those of us who are not Mohammedans are called Crusaders, among other things, because of our response to the invasion of Europe by
Muslim hoards over 1000 years ago. Go ahead, google it.

Muslims should admit that Islam is not a religion, peaceful or otherwise. Islam is a form of government that has many disturbing commonalities with Communism and Germany's Nazi party, which goes a long way in explaining the Liberal's (read Socialists) adoration of Islam.

I don't presume that most Muslims will ever have some great epiphany and actually make Islam into a religion. It would require a total rewrite of everything they hold dear because death and suppression are so integral to Islam that to remove them would cause the total collapse of anything that might be left. Never fear though, a rewrite isn't needed. You see Islam has friends called journalists, tenured college professors and peacenik pacifists who are eagerly rewriting world history to put Islam in the best possible light.

Some of us know better.
